Chrystal was so amazing to work with!!!! I was a first-time home buyer, and I felt like Chrystal had my back every step of the way. She was always very quick to respond, which is very helpful/important in this market. She also was quick to let me know about new homes on the market that were within my price range and home needs. She also noticed/pointed out a lot of issues with homes I would have missed. She helped me make sure I found the right home. She went out of her way to show me homes, even if they were an hour away. If Chrystal was ever out of town, she made sure another agent was available to help me and show homes. She also set up appointments for me with inspectors I selected, as well as with other services to get estimates. When an inspection didn't include complete information for the crawl space, she went to bat for me and made sure that it was fully completed. I cannot recommend her enough!

Chrystal is very knowledgeable and attentive. She is available and responds to any questions you may have at the time about the property, and gets answers in an extremely timely manner. The purchase of our home was made even more special by the expertise of Chrystal Webb, with AMAX REAL ESTATE. Chrystal is the most caring, helpful, and kind person. After you purchase your home she doesn’t just drop you to the wayside she is still there for you. She is so organized and has a wealth of information to help make sure the process runs smoothly and stress free.The day we were closing, on our home, we had a family emergency. Chrystal’s first concern was for our family not the sale of a home and signing of documents. Since closing, she has checked in to make sure all is well and if there is anything she can assist us with. From the moment Chrystal met my daughter and I at the last minute to view houses in a torrential rain to the days after I moved, she was amazing, attentive, accommodating, and intuitive. Chrystal found listings that fit what I was looking for, she recognized that I was ridiculously busy and made sure that everything (inspections, closing times, etc.) were scheduled well in advance. I was well-informed throughout the entire process and if Chrystal said that she would do something, she absolutely did it. She even gave me great decorating advice and tried to help me find wall art! Chrystal didn't hesitate to jump in when I was scrambling to pack my last few moving boxes and helped me to fill them and get them loaded into my vehicle, all while professionally attired! chrystal is amazing she goes above and beyond to help you all the way through the process of home buying. she helped up find our home inspector helped make phone calls to contractors she was just amazing even now that it's been a month since we closed on our home she is still checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly and when something wasn't she helped call the homewarranty people for us. you can't go wrong with her as your realtor in the future if we buy a home again she will be the first person we call and the one we recommend to anyone looking to buy a home i just can't say enough good things about her. she just goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you want in your home and then makes sure the whole process goes so smoothly. she checks in to make sure you are meeting your deadlines to get things done per the contract i just wish everyone could have her as there realtor she is just amazing!
