Steve did an excellent job helping find my first home. I am a young homebuyer and everything can feel very overwhelming, but it never felt like that with Steve. Steve went out of his way to make sure he found a house that was in my price point and near my office. He was willing to get into all of the nooks and crannies of every house we looked at to check for any issues. Steve went above and beyond to guide me through the homebuying process and help me find the right house. I will be referring him to anyone I know looking to buy a house, because he's simply the best. He's thorough, professional, extremely knowledgeable, well-organized, efficient, and the list goes on. I can't thank him enough for all of his guidance and assistance. I will definitely use him for any future property purchases.

There are not enough good things I could say about Steve. From the first time we met to buying a house to eventually selling the house, he set a bar that will be very hard to reach now that I have moved states. Steve is not your typical realtor. If you’re looking for a ‘yes man’ or a realtor that your friend from the gym recommends because that’s their brother, it’s not him. I did not have any set expectations for working with somebody but he somehow managed to blow any that I did come up with out of the water. Steve is a professional. His knowledge and experience shows through the way he interacts with not only his clients but, the others he works with as well. If there is anything he isn’t sure of, he will find it out for you and even if you don’t ask he will do it for himself. He has never failed to go above and beyond to make things right. He earned my business and I hope he earns yours too. I Highly highly recommend Steve Phillips.

Steve Phillips will be the litmus test for all future dealings I have with real estate agents. He was incredibly helpful, professional, personable, and matter-of-fact when needed. I regard him as a highly trusted and reliable businessman, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone I meet who is needing a real estate agent.
