Sara has a great deal of experience and knowledge in real estate. We have had the pleasure of having her help buying 2 homes and selling 1 home. My mother passed away in April and my dad had to be placed in memory care shortly after that. I moved Dad up to Lee's Summit, Missouri, where I live. Then it was up to me to sell my parents’ home in Springfield. Fortunately, I play mahjong with a woman who has been friends with Sara Brodersen since 2nd grade. When I mentioned that I needed to list the house in Springfield, my friend contacted Sara and asked her if she would be willing to list it for me. Sara was an answer to prayer. This has been a very stressful time in my life, dealing with the death of one parent and admitting the other to a memory care facility. The house was in a trust, so I had a special legal situation that I was not comfortable with. Just as we were ready to list the house, there was a problem with the air conditioning. I couldn't get an a/c repairman scheduled until the next week. Sara had an a/c repair contact, and she was able to get the problem resolved the same day. The first person to make an offer suddenly backed out so we had to regroup and go to the next buyer on the list. Just when I thought we were ready to close, the buyer’s inspection report revealed (very unexpectedly) that the roof had significant hail damage and had to be replaced. I was able to line up a roofer the following week. Sara was supportive and responsive and compassionate during the whole experience. In the meantime, I had people making cash offers for the house, trying to bypass a real estate agent, but there were just too many unique circumstances for me to attempt a “For Sale by Owner.” The house was part of a trust and I couldn’t always be in Springfield since I was getting Dad settled in a memory care facility, so I relied heavily on Sara. Sara got the maximum amount of money for the house, which was needed to pay for Dad's care. Memory care is very expensive! Every part of the transaction was smartly executed with extreme professionalism. Sara is not only smart, but she is also pretty as a picture. Through every problem and setback, Sara was solid as a rock. She has seen it and done it all before. But she is more than a real estate agent. She is a friend. I feel so lucky to have connected with and to know her.

I had previously used Sara as my buyers agent and now came back to the Beason-Brodersen team as I knew they were the best! Carrie helped us sell our old home and Sara helped us purchase our new home. These two are a dynamite team and are professional, dependable, honest, knowledgeable and have the customers best interests at heart! Carrie had exceptional attention to detail in selling our home and with her help we listed and were under contract in two days! Sara immediately made herself available (including a Sunday) to help find us our dream home and got us under contract quickly! These two worked together so we were able to have back to back closings!With these two, you are guaranteed professional service and will be treated like you are their #1 priority!
