After 24 years in the industry, Dee knows getting to the core of what motivates buyers and sellers to make decisions is what it takes to bring people together. Using proven systems to solve problems and reduce risk means their transaction can be stress free allowing them to literally “move” on to their next chapter in life. Through mastery of those systems Dee has been able to create the life she wants outside of real estate with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Dee learned her master negotiating skills growing up in a large family, 11 siblings, but she never dreamed she would be a salesperson. She just knew she was destined to be a teacher but thought it would be children! That passion for educating has spilled over into her real estate career. She has the unique privilege of coaching new and experienced agents in developing their potential in a company that encourages growth and collaboration through relationship building.
