I recently made a return to Springfield, Mo after being away since 1965. My deceased husband was career military and we moved frequently, but I wanted to return to Springfield where I still had a family. I worked with Barbara who made the whole process seamless. I have never purchased a home by zoom but I depended on Barbara and family to provide "eyes on sight" for me! Not only did Barbara assist me when purchasing the first home then when I decided to sell it and purchase another home she was right there for me! Barbara provided so much support and guidance! I could not have done it without her! She communicated regularly and clearly; and, if I had questions, she responded promptly. It was obvious Barbara has tremendous experience in the Real Estate industry!

Kirk, at Amax was a great realtor to work with. We selected Kirk based on reputation, expertise and knowledge of the Springfield area. We live in Texas and when my Mother-in-law passed away Kirk sold the property in Springfield and kept us informed every step of the way. There were lots of showings and activity and when we were under contract Kirk was hands on in making sure repairs were taken care of in order to meet the closing deadline. Highly recommend.
