Di Ann L. Perkins

As a Missouri native, Di Ann has been around real estate most of her life growing up in a builder’s home.  After graduating from Hannibal Sr. High, she met and married her sweetheart.  Di Ann has always been interested in real estate yet chose to spend time with her children and be active in their lives. She became personally involved in the real estate industry in 2002 as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser Assistant for a General Certified Appraiser as well as managing the appraisal office.  For several years, she was an assistant to 14 real estate agents who were multi-million-dollar producers.  Having served in various capacities in the real estate industry contributes to her knowledge.  Di Ann is always continuing her education in today’s competitive Real Estate Market to assist her in achieving the best results for her customers. She has been highly active in the communities she has lived and was instrumental in establishing and promoting several community wide events through the local Rotary Clubs, Police Departments, and ministerial groups.  Di Ann lead in many logistical and administrative duties concerning events, such as volunteer recruitment, task assignments, and management.  The scope of events that Di Ann has served ranges from teacher’s luncheons, school backpack drives, and shoe drives to Police Appreciation Banquets, and an annual city-wide Easter Egg hunt co-hosted with the city of Osage Beach, MO.  In her spare time, Di Ann enjoys time with her family having family game nights, gardening, reading, traveling and loves a great adventure.
