Ashley Stufflebeam with Amax Realty did a outstanding job for our recent 2 rental home purchases. We were looking to purchase two properties within a small time frame and a tight budget. Ashley showed us multiple houses, was always available when needed, and answered any question quickly. This was our first time working with Ashley and it was an amazing experience. Ashley was kind and very personable. She worked hard to make sure we got the house we were looking for. She showed us many houses, and was available to quickly answer any questions we had. I would recommend Ashley to anyone looking for an easy and enjoyable buying/selling experience. Ashley was supper from start to finish, and even after the sale. She got all our questions answered, was alway ready with the next step, helping us through all the processes, dates and times, She was friendly, kind, considerate, and fun to be around. Ashley did an excellent job working with us through the whole entire process. You could tell from the start that she is very passionate about her job. She wanted to find the exact house we wanted and she made that happen. She got to know us personally, what we liked, didn’t like, etc. She was responsive to all our questions and in a fast manner. She made the process smooth, and enjoyable! We are thankful to have had a realtor like her and will definitely recommend her.

Ashley was absolutely wonderful - probably the best agent we have worked with over the years. She definitely knows the area and gave us excellent advice as far as making our offer. She was extremely responsive and was always available to answer any questions we had. We couldn’t have been more pleased with Ashley’s knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness. We feel like we’ve made a new friend and plan to stay in touch with Ashley.

Ashley is absolutely AMAZING!!! She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth. Our home buying experience went smoothly due to Ashley's expertise. She was very responsive to both phone calls and texts, and always made herself available. She thoroughly answered all our questions, and always took time to explain and make sure we understood every step of the process. I highly recommend Ashley, and look forward to working with her on the sale of our previous house.

Ashley was a God send. I am so thankful for her knowledge base in selling our home and purchasing my new one. Ashley answers every phone call immediately and was extremely timely and responsive. There were some very important legal issues going on for me and she was able to navigate all of that with ease. I never felt alone during the process and I am so happy with my new home. Ashley put in a ton of hard work and her attitude was always professional and empathetic. Her confidence is contagious and reassuring when I needed it most. I couldn't have asked for anything more and I am 100% satisfied. 10/10 highly recommend.

Ashley did an outstanding job in assisting me with the selling of my property in June. When listing, I had tons of questions regarding what I should change or upgrade and she always answered with an honest opinion. She never hesitated to answer any questions that I had along the way, while also staying on top of the lenders to do their part in a timely matter. She always answered my calls and texts regardless of the time of day. Any time my house was shown by another realtor, she willingly and thoroughly talked through what she felt my counter offer should be. I would highly recommend her as I have both bought and sold a house with her as my agent. Both experiences were phenomenal!
